Las
Vegas offers a public transportation system comprised of 195 buses that
service 39 routes. Many crosstown bus routes stop, start and transfer
through the Downtown Transportation Center, as well as the south end of
the Strip (Vacation Village) and in Henderson (Triple J casino). Adult
cash fare is $1.25 except for Strip routes which are $2.00. Transfers
are free. The 301 Strip route runs every 7-10 minutes depending on the
time of day. The 302 Strip Express is only available at night from 6pm
to 1am. CAT has several high-demand routes operating every 20-30 minutes
during peak service hours, and reduces to every 45-60 minutes during off-peak
